This new construction project was a turnkey solution for a homeowner in the historic Feldman’s neighborhood near the University of Arizona. As a fully furnished long-term rental, this project was carefully crafted and coordinated to maximize rentability while maintaining the standards of a highly-coveted historic neighborhood.
